Pusha T Confirms New G.O.O.D. Music Compilation Album and Shares the Emails That Inspired Jay Z's "Drug Dealers Anonymous" Verse
Damn Daniel, FBI keep bringing them all white vans through.

Jay Z stans are geeking over the return of Hov’s signature coke-filled verses with the release of last night’s “Drug Dealer’s Anonymous,” which will appear on Pusha T’s forthcoming album, King Push. But what made the 46-year-old rap mogul turn back the clock? Pusha T linked with Genius to share the chain of emails that lead to the Sean Carter feature, but it didn’t stop there. The newly appointed G.O.O.D. Music president revealed a new compilation album is in the works, aptly titled Cruel Winter. “I was coming to Los Angeles to work on the G.O.O.D. Music album and play Kanye some new things I’d been working on,” Pusha told Genius on Tuesday. “I played him ‘Drug Dealers Anonymous’ and I said, ‘I want Hov on this.’ He was like, ‘Oh man. That would be fire.” Pusha then sent Jay an email with the track and his verse, and the exchange went a little something like this:

After a break in the communication, during which Jay likely began crafting his verse, he hit Pusha back.
