Houston Rockets superstar James Harden capped off a remarkable 2017/18 NBA season, helping carry his team to a franchise-high 65 wins with an impressive 30.4 points per game average, by earning his very first MVP award. Beating out fellow candidates LeBron James and Anthony Davis, many professional analysts and novice spectators alike had a tight two-man race between the King and Beard — adidas Basketball, however, was not one of them.
