Just before the official release of the University of North Carolina-themed “Powder Blue” Virgil Abloh x Air Jordan 1, we recently received a detailed look at the Friends & Family Air Jordan 3 “UNC.”
Provided by English Sole, the PE colorway of the classic Jordan Brand model is just the latest in a long line of sneaker homages to Michael Jordan‘s Alma Mater. With only 250 pairs in existence. the Air Jordan 3 “UNC” was issued to Jordan Brand Friends & Family and the North Carolina university’s football and basketball teams. Constructed of premium materials, the shoe features baby blue hits on the lining, midsole, heel Jumpman branding, and eyelets. While an argyle stripe insole and large embroidered UNC tongue logo serve to round up the design of the shoe.
