Danger Mouse/Sparklehorse Announce Release Date for Dark Night of the Soul Album

The long awaited collaborative album between Danger Mouse and Sparklehorse have now reached a conclusion. The album was originally due out last year as and album/book package, but a dispute between EMI and Danger Mouse caused the label to cancel the album’s release. But all of that is now in the past, as both parties have reached an agreement to release Dark Night of the Soul on July 12th in the UK and July 13th in the U.S. via Capitol.
