Nike Recruits Kobe Bryant, Odell Beckham Jr. & Bill Nye for New Short Film
“What would happen if the world stopped spinning?”
After tapping a series of big UK names — including Skepta, Harry Kane and Kurupt FM — for its “Nothing Beats a Londoner” video, Nike has recruited another string of stars for its latest commercial. Named “Choose Go,” the running-themed short film sees a group of celebrities and athletes such as Kobe Bryant, Odell Beckham Jr., Bill Nye, Kevin Hart, Simone Biles and many more try to save a world that has stopped spinning. To do this, they lead the population of the world to run in the same direction in their Nike React sneakers.
As well as launching the new video, Nike has also announced plans for a new series of audio guided runs for users of its Nike Run Club app. The guided runs will feature guidance and motivation from stars of the campaign film, including Nye, Biles and Hart as well as Mo Farah and Giannis Antetokounmpo. You can watch the “Choose Go” clip above, and these new audio guided runs will be available from March 2.
