'NME' Is Putting An End to Its Print Magazine

After decades of circulation, British magazine NME has announced that it will be moving its presence completely online. Due to rising production costs, combined with other complexities associated with a competitive print market, the free magazine will now focus its efforts towards online content.

It will be a sad day for many, as through NME‘s inception in 1952 until current day, the magazine has carved itself out as a household name, with thousands of covers involving some of the most celebrated musicians of our time. It will be interesting to see how the magazine repositions itself, and what impact this will have on other weekly magazines.

In other news, everyone is going crazy over Apple’s new commercial, featuring FKA Twigs dancing to a brand new Anderson .Paak song.
