Jimmy Butler Played Against the Bulls in $20,000 Air Jordans
The All-Star stepped up in 2015 Eminem x Carhartt x Air Jordan 4 Retros.
On his return to Chicago, Minnesota Timberwolves player Jimmy Butler decided to bust out his premium kicks for a match-up against the Bulls. The NBA star played his former team in pristine pairs of Eminem x Carhartt x Air Jordan 4 Retros. The AJ4s were made exclusively available to friends and family back in November 2015. They were auctioned off to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Eminem’s Shady Records label selling for as high as $30,000 USD. The price has dropped slightly since then, falling into the $15,000-$20,000 USD range. Although Butler’s shoe selection was impressive, his team’s performance fell just short of victory: the Bulls secured a win by one point. Butler finished with seven rebounds and five assists, scoring 38 points — 3 more than Zach Lavine.
