Burberry's Rainbow Check Shows Support for the LGBTQ+ Community
Bold.

Instantly recognizable, Burberry‘s check has become a staple in both the fashion world and British heritage. Knocking it out of the park once more, Burberry took a brand new spin on its iconic print by infusing it with rainbow. Initially seen during Christopher Bailey’s final show for the British fashion house, the rainbow check will be dedicated to the LGBTQ+ community, with all proceeds from its sales going to Trevor Project, Albert Kennedy Trust and ILGA World.
Burberry included a quote from Bailey in its Instagram post revealing the move, “My final collection here at Burberry is dedicated to and in support of — some of the best and brightest organisations supporting LGBTQ+ youth around the world. There has never been a more important time to say that in our diversity lies our strength, and our creativity.”
In case you’ve missed it, Gosha Rubchinskiy revealed its collaborations with Burberry, Levi’s and Dr. Martens.
