Travis Scott Earns His First No. 1 Song on the Billboard Hot 100
‘Astroworld’ also regains the Top 200’s No. 1 spot.

Four months after its initial release, Travis Scott‘s third full-length studio album, Astroworld, has once again taken over the Billboard 200’s top spot. Adding more fuel to the fire: the LP’s most successful single and biggest collaboration, “Sicko Mode” featuring Drake, has also hit No. 1 on the Hot 100, giving Travis Scott his very first No .1 solo record. The latter accolade was recently given an additional boost thanks to the introduction of an official Skrillex remix, which was debuted alongside new Travis Scott merch.
“I don’t know how I’m writing this right now … it’s so many emotions. Just super-thankful to all the fans and supporters,” Scott shared with Billboard. ”Me and Drake been working to make something so crazy for the kids. It’s dope that one of our illest collaborations just went No. 1. I just want to thank him and the whole OVO fam for everything. And love to Skrillex!”
Travis Scott’s Astroworld has been in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 since its August 3 release date. For the week of November 29, the aforementioned LP brought in 71,000 equivalent album units, of which 31,000 were standard album sales.
Last week, Travis Scott released the official “YOSEMITE” video.
