James Franco’s Band Daddy Shares New Song featuring The Smiths’ Andy Rourke, "You Are Mine"
Daddy shares another single from their upcoming Smiths-inspired album.
Daddy, the new band fronted by actor James Franco, have just shared another song from their upcoming Smiths-inspired album titled “You Are Mine.” Franco has had a hand in writing before, crafting poetry influenced by the Manchester band’s songs which have now become inspiration for this original music and an upcoming feature film. The upcoming album will be called Let Me Get What I Want and is reference to The Smiths’ 1984 song “Please, Please, Please, Let Me Get What I Want”. The project is set to release at some point in 2016 via Kobalt.
