Every year, Jordan Brand and Nike honor Black History Month with a commemorative footwear collection bearing hues that often nod to the Pan-African flag. For 2019, Jordan Brand will be offering a thematic Air Jordan 2 “Black/Metallic Gold” colorway as part of the anticipated BHM February release.

This special edition model features a premium black leather upper with a textured matte finish and slick black sole unit. The monotone scheme is accented by metallic gold hardware at the lace eyelets, heel counter and tongue branding patch.

Stay tuned for an exact release date for the Air Jordan 2 BHM “Black/Metallic Gold” colorway, which will be dropping in February 2019 for $190 USD at Nike’s web store.

In the meantime, check out the Nike Air VaporMax 2019 “White/Metallic Gold” releasing this week.
