Danny Brown, Kendrick Lamar, Earl Sweatshirt & Ab-Soul's "Really Doe" Receives Psychedelic Visual
One of 2016’s best posse cuts.
[gallery columns="3"]With 2016’s many end-of-year editorials and lists on the horizon, Danny Brown’s most recent studio album Atrocity Exhibition stands to be one of the year’s most acclaimed rap records. Continuing to support that September offering, the Detroit rapper looks to an Atrocity Exhibition standout and his new LP’s lone posse cut for his latest visual. Presented as a psychedelic lyric video, the She Skin-created clip for “Really Doe” consists of grainy, VHS-styled performance footage and a constant stream of text. Considering the difficulty involved with bringing together four of modern hip-hop’s strongest talents for one video-shoot, it makes sense that “Really Doe” is brought to life via animation and its bars as opposed to a full-fledged music video.
