TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloIst. Releases an Insulation-Focused Tyvek® Shell Hooded Jacket
“SOL Survive Outdoors Longer.”
Looking towards the colder months ahead, TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloIst. has begun releasing the utilitarian armor garments from its Fall/Winter 2018 collection.
Originally unveiled at Takahiro Miyashita‘s Pitti Uomo debut, the Printed Tyvek® Shell Hooded Jacket is constructed completely out of a water-resistant and durable flash spun high-density polyethylene synthetic insulation material. A contrasting white “SOL Survive Outdoors Longer” slogan is printed all over the high-visibility orange exterior shell to further convey the utilitarian theme that informs the structural design of the unique outerwear piece. Made in Japan, additional functional features include a two-way main zip closure, stowaway hood, adjustable throat latch, sleeve, chest and front zipped pockets, velcro-fastening cuffs and hem adjusters and an interior adjustable carrying harness.
Priced at $3,695 USD, TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloIst. Printed Tyvek Shell Hooded Jacket is available now at retailer MR PORTER.
