SSS World Corp's Fall/Winter 2018 Collection Was Rock 'n' Roll Extravagance
Silk, sequins and death motifs.
Justin O’Shea‘s designer label, SSS World Corp, debuted its sophomore collection at Paris Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2018. There was a lot to expect from the 032c-backed label, given that it made made our Top 10 Emerging Brands list for 2017, and surely, it didn’t disappoint.
The runway show was hosted in Caviar Kaspia, a ritzy watering hole that added to the collection’s indulgent vibe, not to mention its belinis which fueled the buzzing atmosphere. The clothing was a confident parade of luxurious silk shirts and ’90s slip dresses emblazoned with large embroidered illustrations of grim reapers and rock motifs by Wes Lang. Deep purples, holographic metallics, sequin-encrusted garments and a slew of printed blouses and Hawaiian shirts rounded out the bombastic range.
