Cambridge-based Concepts and German sportswear giant adidas have recently announced their partnership on a brand new retail store opening soon in Boston, Massachusetts. To celebrate the event, Concepts is launching city-wide activities for locals to participate in.
In addition to this, the two sides have created a special friends and family version of the coveted adidas UltraBOOST 3.0 silhouette. With only 17 pairs made, adidas’s Vice President of Global Entertainment Market and Entertainers Jon Wexler took to Instagram to show off the limited-edition model which is based on the “Triple Black” iteration. However, instead of a blacked-out Three Stripes cage, a black and white pattern graces both the cage and the laces. A final rainbow-plated “9/17” shoe buckle adds to the overall look
The Concepts x adidas store opening will be held this Friday, August 25. Read up on how you can participate here.
