As the realm of fashion constantly moves, items in both apparel and footwear categories continue to drop everyday. Dedicated to keeping all you style conscious in the know, some of this week’s more anticipated drops include the Supreme x Louis Vuitton collaboration which will finally sees a global launch — though sources are stating only certain stores in the U.S will still be receiving the products, although they may roll out at a later date. Other collaborations releasing this week include offerings from streetwear heavy hitters adidas Originals and White Mountaineering, Hype and Coca-Cola, and finally Uniqlo and Disney. Fan merch is still big on the scene as 21 Savage launches his first lifestyle brand and Vince Staples drops new Big Fish Theory T-shirts. 21 Savage ISSA Lifestyle Capsule Collections
To run alongside the release of his debut album ISSA Album, 21 Savage has introduced to the world his very own lifestyle brand comprising of three capsules: the “Flock Together” collection, ISSA Album collection and the SAVAGE Box collection. Throughout the three capsules, streetwear biker gang-inspired denim jackets to tees that feature ISSA Album cover art can be found. All three capsules are available now over at issa.shop.
A-COLD-WALL* Painted Baseball Caps
A-COLD-WALL* has just released a line of limited edition headwear resembling a very DIY aesthetic. Swathed in a cement grey hue, each hat is then accented with either a blue, orange or black paintbrush marking. Other key details include adjustable white straps, duct tape embellishments, and two ACW* embroidered logos on each side. The limited caps are available now over at A-COLD-WALL*’s official web shop.
Coca-Cola x Hype Collaboration
Coca-Cola has a strong list of past collaborators, showing up alongside the likes of Ronnie Fieg’s KITH label all the way to NIGO’s brainchild BAPE. This time the classic soda brand has dropped a collection with London streetwear label Hype. The collection contains a wide variety of garments, from fitted shirts to scarves to sheepskin-lined jackets. The Coca-Cola x Hype collaboration is available now over at Hype’s web store.
F.C.R.B. x New Era Capsule Collection
SOPHNET.’s football-inspired imprint F.C.Real Bristol has teamed up with New Era on a capsule collection of brightly colored summer-ready pieces. The joint venture sees the “Victory” T-shirt in either a black or white colorway as well as F.C.R.B.’s take on New Era’s classic 9FIFTY snapback. To round out the collection, two pairs of F.C.R.B. slides and a sunglasses holder have also been included. Gosha Rubchinskiy x adidas Football Collection
In collaboration with adidas Football, Russian designer Gosha Rubchinskiy has released a handful of limited pieces over at Dover Street Market Ginza in Tokyo. The collection features iconic sportswear silhouettes in the form of windbreakers and sweatsuits, along with essential accessories such as scarves and belts. The items are available now over at DSM Ginza’s Tokyo store as well as online. The full collection will see an international rollout starting this Thursday, July 13 online and in-store at Dover Street Market.
Herschel Supply Co. “Voyage” Line
Known for its backpacks and travel gear, Herschel Supply Co. has moved into the realm of apparel. Aptly named “Voyage,” the new clothing line features staple outwear garbs such as the camo-printed coach jacket, hooded windbreaker, Anorak and several track-style jackets. Jackson Pollock x The Hundreds collection
Bobby Hundreds pays homage to the late, great artist Jackson Pollock with the latest collection from The Hundreds. Opening Ceremony #FashionPorn Pop-Up Event
To celebrate New York Fashion Week: Men’s, Opening Ceremony and vintage retailer Byronesque will be hosting a pop-up shop at OC’s flagship. The pair will be offering up an abundance of vintage goods and rare items coming straight out of the ’90s. Over 300 pieces will be up for grabs including garments from the likes of Raf Simons, Balenciaga, Maison Margiela and Helmut Lang. Hot off of releasing his second studio album Big Fish Theory, Vince Staples celebrates with a new ling of fan merchandise. The collection includes four different colored short-sleeved tees all displaying a goldfish silhouette on the front and the album’s track list on the back. adidas Originals continues to push its NMD line beyond just kicks and its recently introduced apparel line. As part of the label’s 2017 fall/winter collection, a variety of travel accessories are launching. Comprised of carryall items, the lineup includes various backpack, computer bag, tote, luggage and waist pouch iterations. The latest adidas Originals NMD travel accessories will be available at select adidas Originals this Thursday, July 13.
Supreme x Louis Vuitton Collaboration
Eager fans stateside will only have to wait a few more days for the Supreme x Louis Vuitton collaboration to drop. The highly-coveted pieces will be landing in pop-up stores across the country including locations in California, Florida, Hawaii, New York, and Texas. UPDATE: Louis Vuitton client services confirmed that the Supreme x Louis Vuitton collaboration “will no longer be sold in any stores or online.” yesterday. However, news is now coming in from sources such as GQ that certain stores in the U.S will still be receiving the products, although they may roll out at a later date. While there are contradicting pieces of information from both news outlets and Louis Vuitton’s representatives, it does appear countries outside of the U.S such as Singapore will still go ahead with the general launch of the collection on July 14. Furthermore, stores in China have opened registration channels for customers to sign up to.
VFILES x Billionaire Boys Club
Teaming up with creative agency/boutique VFILE, Billionaire Boys Club is releasing a limited-edition capsule featuring an array of graphic T-shirts. Each tee sees the “VFILES” text remixed with signature BBC and ICE-CREAM logos from the early 2000s. The VFILES x Billionaire Boys Club collection will be available starting this Friday, July 14 over at the duo’s SoHo flagships.
White Mountaineering x adidas Originals 2017 Fall/Winter Collection
Japanese menswear label White Mountaineering have come together again with German sportswear giants adidas Originals on a new range for the colder months ahead. Injecting Yosuke Aizawa’s inimitable aesthetic, the 2017 fall/winter collection boasts elevated technical products with an unparalleled sartorial touch. The range includes essential outerwear coats such as the Hooded Windbreaker, a Firebird track jacket, shirts and pants. Footwear models NMD R2, NMD Trail and the classic Stan Smith Comic are also included. Disney x Uniqlo “Magic for All” Collaboration
For the 2017 fall season, Uniqlo has teamed up with Disney on a classic Mickey Mouse “Magic for All” collection. The collaborative range actually houses three different collections: the “Mickey Travels” range, the “Disney Textile” assortment, and “Mickey Stands.” The “Mickey Travels” range focuses on Mickey and Minnie Mouse traveling the world, which will hit Uniqlo stores beginning July 17. The rest of the collections will roll out late August.
New York Fashion Week: Men’s x Frenzy App Exclusive Products
Frenzy has partnered with trade shows Capsule and Liberty Fairs for exclusive product drops during New York Fashion Week: Men’s. Throughout the fashion heavy week, the Frenzy app will control exclusive items and limited edition products from featured brand’s showcases in real-time, taking on the “See-Now-Buy-Now” model. Expect the likes of Arc’teryx Veilance, Band of Outsiders, Necessity Sense, Daniel Patrick and DDUGOFF to participate. The drops will be taking place during the runway shows between July 17-19. Each brand’s show will be live streamed via Facebook Live on Frenzy’s page.
