Kendall & Kylie Jenner Say They Only Sold Two of Their "Vintage" Tupac T-Shirts
“The allegations made are completely false and the lawsuit is baseless.”
Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s representatives have responded to the backlash received in response to their controversial “vintage” T-shirt drop. As a result of facing a lawsuit for copyright infringement from 2Pac’s photographer, Michael Miller, the sisters’ fashion label stated that “the allegations made are completely false and the lawsuit is baseless.” The team also expressed that “there has been no infringement of violation of anyone’s rights” due to them reportedly obtaining the images from a company which had the license to sell the imagery using the likes of 2Pac, The Notorious B.I.G., Ozzy Osbourne and more. According to the sisters, only two tees were sold before they apologized and were forced to pull them from retail availability.
As this moment continues to linger, who do you think has the legal edge in the situation at hand?
