New Balance & DTLR Celebrate July 4 With Special "Stars & Stripes" Model
Going red, white and blue.
To help commemorate America’s independence, New Balance enlisted the help of renowned footwear retailer DTLR in creating the collaborative DTLR x New Balance 990 “Stars and Stripes” model. The uppers are comprised of a suede/mesh mashup with red, white and blue accents used to add patriotic flair to the touches of black and grey found throughout. Rounding out the new design is the statement-making insole and Encap midsole unit, which provide this 990v4 silhouette an operative balance between performance and style. While sale price has yet to be confirmed, the DTLR x New Balance 990 “Stars and Stripes” iteration will be available as of June 23 through DTLR’s online shop.
