Jerry Lorenzo recently took to Instagram to unveil a few select pieces from Fear of God’s upcoming “1997” collection. Now, the Los Angeles-based designer has offered us a full look at the new range that commemorates the ‘97 World Series Marlins baseball team in which his father was once a coach. This is evident in Lorenzo covering several items in the team’s signature teal colorway with tropical motifs as an homage to Magic City as a whole. Key pieces in the gamut include satin sweaters embellished with an embroidered FOG logo, splattered-paint denim jackets with matching jeans, mesh tees in bone-white, and basketball shorts with floral patterns made in collaboration with swimwear imprint, Jungle Gurl.

Moreover, if you look closely, you can see the new Fear of God x Vans Era alongside collaborative MLB All-Star caps with New Era. Take a look at Fear of God’s “1997” collection above. The range will be available July 8 at Fear of God’s All-Star temporary shop at Alchemist in Miami.
