Nike's Latest LeBron 14 Takes Cues From King James's Hometown Gym
The “Red Brick Road” drops this weekend, just in time for the playoffs.
With the NBA Playoffs right around the corner, Nike and LeBron James are heading back in time, paying homage to King James’s hometown gym with the latest rendition of James’ signature LeBron 14. Aptly dubbed the “Red Brick Road,” the kicks come with a predominately “University Red” upper and sport a speckled white midsole so go along with black accents and an icy blue outsole. Inside the tongue, the kicks sport another nod to James’s roots in the form of a “Just A Kid From Akron” inscription.
The LeBron 14 “Red Brick Road” is set to hit Nike Basketball spots this Saturday, April 15 — the same day the Cavs kick off their first round series against the Pacers — for $175 USD.
