adidas's NMD R2 Set to Drop in a Striped "Core Red" and Black Colorway
Finally ready to make its debut.
First previewed back in January, it looks as though this new adidas NMD R2 model is set to make its official debut. Just in time for the spring/summer season, the lifestyle silhouette features a “Core Red”/black Primeknit-constructed upper with a unique striped print throughout. Sitting just below is a full-length BOOST midsole unit featuring an EVA plug and a translucent outsole to finish. Rounding out its overall design is the sportswear giant’s signature Three Stripes branding hitting the side panel, red-hued heel patches and complementary tonal black pull tabs. Priced at $160 USD, this new NMD R2 iteration will be hitting select adidas stockists as of April 6.
