Pizza Hut Made Sneakers That Have a Delicious Built-In Feature
Could this be the future?
Grant Hill’s FILA days are over as he has teamed up with Pizza Hut to present its new “Pie Tops” sneakers. Donning a white base with red accents, the kicks are Bluetooth enabled and let you order a pie, in Hill’s case a large two-topping pie for $7.99 USD, from the pizza purveyor by pressing a button with the Hut’s logo on the tongue. Darren Rovell took to Twitter to reveal that 64 pairs have been made for the NCAA tourney. While there are no details on how to get your hands (and feet) on a pair, the sneakers, designed by The Shoe Surgeon, do bring back memories of the Nike Air Pressure with its striking resemblance in the ankle strap and overall design aesthetic and Reebok Pump with the button.
