LANDLORD has been rocked by everyone from The Weeknd and Big Sean to A$AP Rocky and Machine Gun Kelly since it was established in 2015 by Central Saint Martins and Parsons graduate Ryohei Kawanishi. Now, the label is linking up with Gap for its very first collaboration. Created in celebration of GAP’s “I Am GAP” pop-up, the collab is a throwback of sorts to the label’s debut Fall/Winter 2016 collection, which was heavily inspired by the Gap classics of the 1990s. Here, GAP’s iconic everyday uniform meets Kawanishi’s utilitarian aesthetic and includes staples like graphic tees, hoodies and khakis.
The LANDLORD x GAP capsule will be available exclusively from the “I Am GAP” pop-up in London’s Covent Garden beginning this Thursday, March 9.
