Drawing inspiration from the brand’s iconic Copa Mundial soccer boot that first arrived on pitches all the way back in 1979, adidas is about to drop the BOOST version on the shoe. Retaining the leather body, and with only minor tweaks to the classic white stripes, the Copa 17.1 Ultra BOOST carefully balances the brand’s sporting legacy with its more recent, future-facing designs. Small details worth noting are the splashes of red around the ankle, tongue, and the outsole.
