It’s not often someone becomes as well known a rapper as Playboi Carti before even dropping their first mixtape. However, the A$AP co-sign has been making waves in the scene, with songs on A$AP’s Mob’s Cozy Tapes Vol 1: Friends, touring with Lil Uzi Vert and A$AP Ferg and even modelling in the latest Yeezy zine. The Atlanta rapper who has over a million plays on each track he’s released on SoundCloud, is on the brink of releasing one of his biggest projects yet — his first official mixtape which he announced via Instagram will release this March.
