This past November, Pharrell Williams and adidas Originals previewed various iterations of its Hu NMD “Trail Holi” silhouette. This time around, we get a closer look at the tonal black and deep purple colorway from the special pack.

This iteration of the hiking sneaker receives black Primeknit uppers alongside deep purple caging, overlays, EVA inserts and laces. The most unmissable feature goes to the embroidered “समत्व” Sanskrit lettering on the right pair and its translation, “Equality,” embellished on the left pair. Both texts are done up in a white which complements the BOOST sole for a balanced look. A tie-die insole with body parts rounds out the sneaker.

Take a look at the “Trail Holi” model above and expect an official launch on March 2 at select adidas Originals retailers for approximately $250 USD.
