Ava Nirui Collaborates With Marc Jacobs on an Official Bootleg Hoodie
“Mark Jacobes.”

Luxury DIY artist Ava Nirui has steadily built up a name for herself by artistically appropriating design cues from some of the fashion industry’s biggest names and creating unique one-of-a-kind pieces. Her latest project includes a riff on the Marc Jacobs name, which not only was cosigned by the high-end design house, but released as an official collaboration.
As seen here on a clean white hoodie, Marc Jacobs branding has been playfully tweaked to now read “Mark Jacobes.” The fall-friendly pullover is constructed from 100 percent cotton and has undergone an enzyme wash treatment. The custom hoodie is now available for a price of $125 USD and can be purchased through Marc Jacobs’ online shop.
Earlier this year, Ava helped create spoof Nike ads that were applauded by the sportswear giant themselves.
