Floyd Mayweather Jr. does not shy away from showing off his wealth. Whether it’s buying a luxury Miami home for “pocket change” or getting Drake and Future to perform at his daughter’s birthday party, nothing is too pricey for the retired fighter. Because he can buy anything he wants, Mayweather insists on having the highest standards — even with the shoes he wears. In a recent interview with Hollywood Unlocked, Money Mayweather said that his choice of footwear comes from high-end luxury brands such as Christian Louboutin, Givenchy and Balmain. When asked whether he wears Air Jordans, he said that he doesn’t want to look like everyone else and wear the same shoes they wear. “I got a different type of money, so I’m gonna look different,” he said.
