The Nike KD 9 Gets the "Oreo" Look
The “USA” colorway isn’t the only one coming to Durant’s new silhouette next month.
Fresh off the release of the debut “Pre-Heat” colorway, Kevin Durant’s brand new signature Nike KD 9 is getting a patriotic red, white and blue make-up just in time for the Olympics. But the “USA” makeover isn’t the only one the shoe is getting next month: the kicks will also be getting the “Oreo” treatment. As you might expect, KD’s “Oreo” drop stays true to past cookie-like releases, opting for a clean combination of black and white throughout — in this case opting for a bisected look that couples a black back half of the shoe with a predominately white knit from the midfoot through the toe box.
Like the KD 9 “USA,” the “Oreo” edition of Durant’s on-court kicks will hit Nike Basketball retailers July 1 for $150 USD.
