Artisanal Japanese footwear brand Hender Scheme returns with its 2016 fall/winter collection. Though known for its reinterpretations of iconic sneakers in vegetable-tanned leather, for the upcoming season, Hender Scheme has moved into more traditional territory — looking to loafers, work boots and oxfords. A focus on classic footwear is a perfect fit for the brand which has built its reputation on extreme attention to detail and handmade construction. As it adds to its footwear silhouettes, Hender Scheme has also expanded its material usage — displaying shoes constructed with denim and fur alongside their easily-recognizable leather. Rounding out the winter offering, the label also showcases accessories and household goods like leather storage boxes, a dust bin, and a mobile.
