LeBron James Is the 'Sports Illustrated' 2016 Sportsperson of the Year
Another crown for King James.

For the second time in his career, LeBron James has been named Sports Illustrated’s Sportsperson of the Year. King James has had a memorable and historic 2016 by keeping his promise to bring an NBA Championship to Cleveland. In doing so, James has regained the trust of Cavalier fans as he chases another trophy for “The Land.”
As his career continues LeBron James is not only a dominant force on the hardwood but a role model to those who look to follow in his footsteps in sharing his voice alongside Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul and Dwayne Wade in regards to social injustices, as well as assisting the youth to receive the education they need. Overall, it’s no surprise that James has yet again been named Sports Illustrated’s Sportsperson of the Year. The only question now is, what’s next for King James?
