The Nike Bruin Gets a Retro Suede Revamp
A vintage twist for the 1970s icon.
Way back in the 1970s, Nike’s pared-back Bruin silhouette was put out as a basketball shoe to challenge Converse’s dominance in the field. Since then it’s been seen on the feet of Marty McFly, released as a mid-top and given a Nike SB spin – which led to 2009’s collaboration with Supreme – en route to establishing it as an iconic Nike model. Fast forward to now and the Bruin has received a retro suede update that comes in four subtle colorways with monochrome uppers and a white Swoosh. They’re up for grabs for €109 EUR (approximately $115 USD) on the SNKRS website here.
