Converse CONS CTS fragment design Collection
Hiroshi Fujiwara does it again, this time with the skate-ready CONS CTS.
Having had a very brief glimpse at this collaboration back in December, the Boston-based legendary shoe company in conjunction with the “Godfather of Harajuku” Hiroshi Fujiwara here officially announce and unveil the Converse CONS CTS fragment design collection. Consisting of the long-lasting CONS CTS Ox lows as its main silhouette, Hiroshi and fragment design have graciously adorned the canvas kicks with his signature flair for subtle details and clean aesthetics. Two stylized pairs are set to release with gold and silver stripes across a white base, while black, parchment beige and navy renditions will also drop for the low-key look. Meanwhile, Converse hits the special edition sneaker up with rugged canvas, tonal detailing, nickel hardware, and a Lunarlon sockliner for superior cushioning and maximum comfort. The inspiration for this collection remains simple; “I love the classic Converse silhouettes,” says Hiroshi, “I wanted to put my mark on a legendary sneaker, keeping its simplicity but adding my own aesthetic. This is just the beginning.” Check your local stores for this must-have release on September 10 in Asia, followed by a worldwide release on September 11 with a price tag of $80 USD.
