Drake Unveils the "OVO" x Air Jordan 8 at OVO Fest 2015
Another day, another Drizzy x Air Jordan surprise.
After unveiling the Toronto Raptors’ new jersey and sharing the stage with a star-studded roster including Kanye West, Will Smith, J. Cole, Big Sean and Pharrell Williams, Drake took the celebratory night to rock a pair of previously unseen kicks. Of course, the OVO Fest stage is Drake’s brainchild, an entire weekend celebrating the Toronto native and his October’s Very Own imprint — so there’s nowhere more appropriate. The sneakers in question are an OVO iteration of the Air Jordan 8 in all white, worn while the “6 God” performed in front of a Meek Mill-roasting carousel of disparaging memes. Recently, the rapper unveiled the release date for the official OVO x Air Jordan 10, while an all-black OVO x Air Jordan 8 rumor has been circling (and seen on the feet of Drizzy himself).
