This Beautiful Short for French Underwear Label Parachute Will Make You Return the Favor
Following work for Pigalle, Coca Cola and Kitsune, five French creatives team up to present their latest project.
Fledgling Parisian underwear label Parachute Caleçons has released a masterfully-directed short to mark the finalization of the brand and the launch of its products. Titled “Immersion,” the short sees a woman speaking to the camera in heavily-accented English on a windswept shore, listing off all the things she hates about you, her hypothetical lover. Interlaced with flashbacks, the woman ends the short with one final and fitting criticism.
Helmed by Bastiste Ribeton, Mathieu Girard, Sunda Limbu, De Rusie and Victor Trifilieff — all of who are submersed in Paris’s art, fashion and music scenes — this film is meant to challenge men to put some more effort into their underwear game to impress their significant other, given the care that women put into picking their undergarments to delight their man. Initially launching with its cotton chambray Caleçon boxer style in five colorways, pre-order the brand’s offerings by clicking here.
