Packer Shoes x International Tennis Hall of Fame x Ebbets Field Flannels x FILA "ATP Newport" Pack
Packer links up with Ebbets Field Flannels and FILA to pay homage to ITHF’s annual Hall of Fame Tennis Championships.
Packer Shoes has followed up last week’s initial look with the full unveiling of its “ATP Newport” pack for Summer 2015. A nod to the Newport, Rhode Island-based International Tennis Hall of Fame’s annual Hall of Fame Tennis Championships, the pack draws its inspiration from the ITHF’s historic grounds (it dates back to 1880) and includes an off-white suede take on the FILA Original Tennis, as well as a green pigskin suede version of the FILA T-1 Mid. Joining the FILA footwear — which is limited to just 150 pairs of each design — are the matching Essence Hardcourt Short ($40 USD) and Performance Knit Polo ($48 USD) as a nod to the styles made famous by the likes of Bjorn Borg in the 1970s and other champions from throughout the Open Era of tennis.
Capped off with a white wool six-panel Strapback Ball Cap crafted alongside Ebbets Field Flannels, the “ATP Newport” pack is due out this Saturday, July 18 at 12 p.m. EDT both in-store and online at Packer Shoes.
