Homme Less, the new documentary exploring the complicated life of homeless male model Mark Reay, opens at New York’s IFC Center on August 7. Directed by Thomas Wirthensohn, the film chronicles the bizarre world of the 56-year-old who lived on the roof of a friend’s apartment in Alphabet City for six years whilst holding down a variety of jobs as an actor, photographer and model. An intriguing paradoxical world of high-end photoshoots, appearances on HBO dramas and sleeping rough unfolds in the award-winning documentary, the trailer of which you can watch above.
