Bodega reimagines the popular shoe, taking inspiration from ‘2001: A Space Odyssey Film’
After unveiling its collaboration with adidas Consortium, we now have a closer look at the sleek “BDGA” ZX Flux. The Boston-based retailer has reimagined the popular silhouette with an allover black upper, matched with slick Three-Stripes branding. Drawing inspiration from Stanley Kubrick’s iconic 2001: A Space Odyssey film the outsole features highlights of soft yellow, reds and oranges. Luxurious materials are used throughout, from the leather collar and nylon upper. Premium suede leather adds the finishing touch on the heel tab. Pick up the Bodega x adidas Consortium ZX Flux BDGA at No.42 Paris, No.74 Berlin and selected Consortium retailers beginning July 24, or at Bodega beginning July 18.
