Kevin Durant Details Upcoming Colorways of the Nike KD 8
KD reveals a trio of upcoming colorways for his latest Nike signature.
Fresh off the release of the “USA” edition of the Nike KD 8, Kevin Durant has unveiled a trio of additional colorways for his latest Swoosh-emblazoned signature. While the patriotic red, white, and blue edition of the Leo Chang-designed silhouette was an apt nod to the July 4 holiday and Durant’s annual backyard barbeques, the four newly unveiled kicks all reflect KD’s lifelong commitment to hard work. While the “Suit” edition brings KD’s 2013-2014 MVP honors to life, a duo of Hunt Hill-inspired make-ups — the “Sunrise” and “Night” — pay homage to KD’s sprints up the Seat Pleasant, Maryland road. Finally, Durant offers up yet another look at the all-red “V8” colorway — a nod to the star’s Camaro, itself a reminder of the rewards of hard work.
