A Look Inside Hiroshi Fujiwara's Newly Opened the POOL shinjuku Pop-up Shop
Hiroshi Fujiwara’s latest venture sees the opening of the POOL aoyama’s first pop-up shop.
Hiroshi Fujiwara’s concept store the POOL aoyama‘s first pop-up shop, the POOL shinjuku, has opened in the Isetan Shinjuku department store as of June 17. Going along the theme of “POOL BAR,” the all-black interior featured leather sofas and two centerpiece pool tables upon which an array of products were arranged. Among the exclusive products featured at the launch event were G-SHOCK timepieces, tees by Stussy and Playboy, umbrellas by foot the coacher, as well as a number of original the POOL aoyama and POOL BAR-branded pieces. Bags by Moynat and fragment design and outerwear by Peel&Lift were also displayed. Speaking at the event, Fujiwara commented on the remaining 10 months left until the closure of the POOL aoyama, saying that he was not sure whether there would be another project like it.
