Non-profit art organization HOCA has unveiled the much-anticipated exhibition from French street artist Invader titled “Wipe Out: An Explosition of Invader in Hong Kong.” The exhibition, which overhauls Hong Kong’s recently established art mecca PMQ, presents a series of new works related to the artist’s past three invasion of the city. The multimedia showing includes LED installations, canvas pieces boasting Invader’s 8-bit motif, sculptures displayed at the foyer, and a large map showcasing the various symmetric tile works that sprawl across Hong Kong. Check out a recap above and be sure to check out the exhibition for yourself if you’re in the area.
