The 2016 Hennessey HPE1000 CTS-V is World's Fastest Sedan With 1000 Horsepower
Working off the next generation of Cadillac’s CTS-V, American performance garage Hennessey

Working off the next generation of Cadillac’s CTS-V, American performance garage Hennessey Performance Engineering (HPE) is set to release three variants to the already 640+ hp monster. Offering a 750, 800 and 1000hp build package, the focus is on the last performance package, where the proposed 1000 hp beast is set to hit top speeds of 240mph. Removing the stock supercharger from the 6.2L V8 engine, Hennessey will drop in a twin-turbo setup, and include features like carbon-ceramic brakes, plus larger wheels and tires to accommodate a wide-body kit. Said to be the world’s fastest 4-door sedan; there will only be 24 examples built.
