Handpicked as one of HYPETRAK’s 10 Producers to Watch in 2015, budding New York based beatsmith Hiko Momoji has released his debut Howl EP. Available for free download, the 19 year old invites listeners to stream and enjoy his debut project by playing his Pokémon-esque “Hikomon” game, which features characters such as Awful Records’ Father and ABRA – who feature on his Valentine’s Day anthem, “Late Nights“. Created in its entirety at his Midtown based Black Wax studio, the five track project further confirms his refreshing, and highly original prowess when it comes to production in 2015. Listeners can also look forward to a forthcoming visual to accompany “Elk” in May.
