Business of Fashion has just released a profile on legendary German photographer Juergen Teller, whose story from behind the lens is perhaps just as impressive as his work itself. His path to becoming one of the world’s preeminent fashion photographers, as it turns out, was started by accident – as written by author Suleman Alaya; Teller originally worked as a music photographer when he first moved to London at 22. Perhaps it is his other interests that inform his work for Céline, Vivienne Westwood and most recently Louis Vuitton, all of which stand not only as great campaigns but telling visual narratives as well.
