In a collaborative effort that’s sure to please more than a few automotive fans, legendary automotive designer Henrik Fisker has unveiled his take on the iconic Aston Martin Vanquish. The Thunderbolt adds to the Aston Martin flagship with a large power dome with sculpted air intakes, redesigned headlights, 21-inch wheels, an aluminum grill and custom hand-laid carbon fiber coachwork. The interior is gets the special treatment in the form of a world-leading dash featuring a Panasonic curved control screen designed to reduce glare and reflections, a skeleton chronograph from watchmaker Maurice Lacroix, leather from Italian furniture label Natuzzi and, just in case that wasn’t enough, a champagne/wine bottle holder. Unsurprisingly, design firm Fisker and Galpin have said they will produce the car in very limited quantities, and any that are produced will be available exclusively through Galpin Aston Martin.
