Repurposing the space into a spacious loft, Franz drew inspiration from the natural world and aimed to create something that felt outdoors while maintaining as much of the original structure as possible. The design manifested itself as a modern interior with clean lines, where elements of openness and wood and brick accents that offer the space a raw feel. Featured in the middle is a solarium, streaming bright light throughout the loft for a bright environment. Check out the pictures above of this loft that perfectly merges old and new.
