As Kanye West has experienced before, not everyone can be a fan. Speaking to Page Six yesterday, New York Fashion Week’s “one-and-only” creator Fern Mallis wasn’t exactly enthused about the GOOD Music rapper and his work. Page Six writer quotes Mallis as stating she’s “kind of over Kanye,” and the award-winning former CFDA director admits she’s “not a fan of his music,” and that his “attitude and agenda” really don’t fall in line with her own style. Well, that’s about as straightforward as it gets. Considering all the good press Kanye has been receiving, the fact that he doesn’t really pay attention to reviews, and that much of the recent NYFW coverage revolved around his showcase, he probably won’t be knocked down too many notches by Mallis’ opinion. That’s just one pant leg he can’t fix.
