As this year’s GRAMMYs now lie etched in music history, focus swiftly shifts to the upcoming album releases 2015 has in store. One highly anticipated album drop is that of 25-year-old Makonnen Sheran, better known as iLoveMakonnen. The breakout “Tuesday” crooner walked the red carpet on Sunday and shared some information on his forthcoming release. Firstly, Makonnen admitted to working with Diplo and Skrillex, suggesting his record to have an electronic influence. Secondly, Makonnen mentions that Drake, Snoop Dogg and even Rihanna will likely feature as well, lining up a killer list of artists for a debut. If this young up-and-comer stays true to his word, iLoveMakonnen’s album could really make some waves. Only time will tell.
