Apple to Ban Accessories Manufacturers That Base Designs Off of Leaked Information
Apple has taken new measures to ban iPhone accessories manufacturers on making products based off

Apple has taken new measures to ban iPhone accessories manufacturers on making products based off of leaked information on forthcoming Apple devices, including iPhones and iPads. During Fall 2014 before the launch of the iPhone 6, Apple made a deal with leading accessory producers to agree to a clause barring the companies from seeking information on Apple products before the launch and sales of its products. Companies balking at the proposition were to be banned from selling in official Apple retail stores, leaving one less official channel for distribution for the accessories manufacturers. This action makes it clear on where Apple stands when it comes to other companies trying to get the jump on new products by profiting off of leaked information.
