Shamir Makes Late-Night Television Debut on 'Colbert'
He’s only 20 and already on the cusp of stardom.
Rising polymath Shamir made his late-night television debut yesterday. Taking to Stephen Colbert’s recently-launched show for CBS, Shamir decided to serve up a performance of his standout salvo “On The Regular.” Complete with a pretty impressive, very unique backing band, Shamir’s rendition of the Ratchet selection placed his full eccentricity on display. His time on Colbert certainly allowed the “On The Regular” line of, “this is me on the regular,” to ring true. 2015 has arguably been Shamir’s best year yet, and this performance on Colbert really tops it off.
